  • Job Summary
    The Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) works directly with clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized ABA treatment plans. This role focuses on building meaningful skills, reducing challenging behaviors, and supporting families.
  • Responsibilities
    Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by the BCBA
    Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings
    Collect accurate data on client progress and behavior
    Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based teaching strategies
    Maintain professional communication with supervisors and caregivers
    Follow ethical standards and company policies
    Attend supervision sessions, team meetings, and required trainings
    Qualifications
    High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred)
    RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification
    Experience working with children preferred (ABA, childcare, education, psychology, etc.)
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations
    Ability to pass background checks and required clearances
    Physical Requirements
    Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and move quickly as needed
    Ability to lift up to 40 lbs if required
    Ability to engage in active play and therapy sessions
