Welcome to GetPloy LLC (“the Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Services.
Eligibility: The Services are intended for users located within the United States. By using the Platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that you are accessing the Services in compliance with applicable U.S. laws. Users accessing the Platform from outside the United States do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for all activities under your account. User Content & License: Users may upload or submit content to the Platform, including but not limited to resumes, job descriptions, company logos, or other materials (“User Content”).
Ownership: You retain all ownership rights in your User Content.
License Grant: By submitting User Content, you grant GetPloy LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute such content solely in connection with operating and promoting the Platform.
User Representations: You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to post your User Content, and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party or violate any applicable law.
We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to review, remove, or refuse to display any User Content that we determine in our sole discretion violates these Terms.
Permitted Use: You may use the Platform solely for lawful purposes. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to: Uploading viruses, malicious code, or engaging in hacking. Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell our Services. Harassment, abuse, or impersonation of others. Interfering with the proper functioning of the Services. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these provisions. Users may not: Scrape, harvest, or misuse personal data from the Platform. Upload harmful code, spam, or fraudulent postings. Harass or abuse other users.
Service Availability: We do not guarantee that the Platform or Services will be available at all times or without interruption. Access may be suspended, limited, or terminated at our discretion for reasons including but not limited to maintenance, system upgrades, security issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We shall not be liable for any damage or losses resulting from downtime or unavailability of the Services.
Intellectual Property: All content, software, trademarks, logos, and designs on GetPloy LLC are owned by or licensed to us. Except as expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
Paid Services (if applicable) Fees for premium features or services will be clearly disclosed before purchase. Payments are processed through third-party providers, and you agree to their terms as well. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law. Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of access.
Third-Party Services & Links: The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content. We are not responsible for third-party terms, policies, or practices. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.
Disclaimer of Warranties: The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Services in the past 12 months.
Job Postings & Employer Responsibilities: Employers are solely responsible for: The accuracy, legality, and content of job postings. Compliance with all applicable labor, anti-discrimination, and employment laws. Ensuring postings do not mislead, defraud, or exploit job seekers. We may remove postings without refunding said amount that: Contain false, discriminatory, or inappropriate content. Advertisement roles unrelated to employment or outside platform guidelines. Promote unlawful or unsafe opportunities.
Disclaimer of Responsibility: GetPloy LLC does not screen or endorse employers, job seekers, or postings. We do not guarantee job availability, job seeker qualifications, or employer legitimacy. All hiring decisions are the sole responsibility of the employer.
No Refund Policy: All purchases, subscriptions, and fees paid through GetPloy LLC are non-refundable, including but not limited to subscription charges, posting fees, or premium feature costs. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the Services, lack of usage, or early cancellation of your subscription. Exceptions may only be granted where required by applicable law or individually approved by an authorized representative of GetPloy LLC.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GetPloy LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
